1. Overview

BougieSaless provides luxury soft glam handbags, wallets, card holders, and accessories. By using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1–2 business days. Mon-Sat

  • Pre-Orders: Ship within 1–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing time does NOT include shipping time.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. BougieSaless is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Once your order has been shipped, BougieSaless is not responsible for carrier delays.

  • Tracking updates are provided via email.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” must be handled with the shipping carrier.

4. Custom & Limited Items

Many of our pieces are limited drops or customized items.
Due to the exclusive nature of our collections:

  • All sales are final unless item arrives damaged.

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has begun processing.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Payment

We accept secure online payments through approved payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Product Appearance

We aim to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • Minor differences in detailing may occur due to customization process.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on BougieSaless are owned by BougieSaless and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BougieSaless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
