All Sales Policy
Because many of our items are limited drops, custom pieces, or pre-orders:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

Include your order number in your email
If approved, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement (if available)

Store credit
-
Refund (at our discretion)
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery will not qualify.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size selection

Minor color variations due to screen display

Shipping delays caused by carriers

Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Pre-Orders & Custom Items
Pre-order and customized items are made specifically for you.

Processing time (1–3 weeks unless stated otherwise) must be respected.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

Permanent ban from future purchases

Collection of documented proof submitted to your bank
