At BougieSaless, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality luxury soft glam pieces. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.


All Sales Policy

Because many of our items are limited drops, custom pieces, or pre-orders:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

  3. Include your order number in your email

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery will not qualify.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor color variations due to screen display

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.


Pre-Orders & Custom Items

Pre-order and customized items are made specifically for you.

These items:

  • Cannot be canceled once processing begins

  • Are not eligible for refunds

Processing time (1–3 weeks unless stated otherwise) must be respected.


Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Collection of documented proof submitted to your bank
